Your logo, text, or other design is woven directly into the fabric of the lanyards, which ensures high-quality lanyards that last a long time. This is a beautiful method for making lanyards you don't see every day. As a result, the woven lanyards have a luxurious and exclusive look.
Woven lanyards are often called embroidered lanyards, but this is not entirely correct. Because, unlike embroidery, the design is woven into the material. With woven lanyards, the design lies on a single level and therefore cannot be felt. Embroidery, on the other hand, can be felt. Woven lanyards have a robust appearance and often look more chic than printed lanyards. The lanyards are available in different models, with all kinds of colors and a wide choice of attachments and accessories. This makes the woven lanyards completely customizable. Our woven lanyards can be ordered in various sizes. The following lanyard sizes are available as standard:
The standard length of the woven lanyards is 90cm. With this length, the attachment typically hangs just below chest height for most people.
Woven lanyards are available in various standard colors, but are also available in PMS colors matching your corporate identity (the polyester is then dyed in your color). In addition, the design can be woven in the colors of your design. Usually a maximum of 8 colors.
For this product, we use PMS colors. This is used as a reference. View the PMS color chart here. Important: we only refer to the PMS colors and will seek the correct color by approximation. In addition, the result may differ from the colors on your screen.
By working via the Pantone color chart (PMS colors), we ensure that the colors of the woven lanyards perfectly match the colors from your logo or corporate identity. More colors in your logo or design? Then take a look at our printed lanyards (maximum 4 colors) or sublimation lanyards (full color).

In addition to the various lanyard attachments, woven lanyards can also be equipped with one or a combination of a buckle or safety breakaway. A lanyard with a buckle allows you to easily unclip cards or keys from the cord. For extra safety, you can also choose a safety breakaway. This is often used when working with machines, for example. The breakaway releases under high tension, preventing dangerous situations. These woven lanyards are therefore extra safe.

Our woven lanyards are highly sought after for companies, events, and trade fairs because they are durable and have a robust yet luxurious appearance.
Our woven lanyards are individually packaged in polybags as standard, and then packed in bulk in boxes. Any other packaging for the woven lanyards is only possible in consultation and upon special request. After ordering the lanyards (and approval of the working drawing), you will receive the woven lanyards after approximately 3 – 4 weeks.
Wanneer jij een product aanvraagt krijg je altijd eerste een offerte, gratis en vrijblijvend. Deze offerte bevat een voorsteltekening en prijsopgave. Zo kunnen wij de voorsteltekening, indien gewenst, ook altijd naar jouw wens aanpassen. Je weet dus precies waar je aan toe bent zonder er direct aan vast te zitten.
Wanneer je bij ons hebt bestelt is het bij sommige producten ook mogelijk om een 1e proefmodel ter info op te sturen. Dit doen we enkel op speciale aanvraag, omdat in de praktijk de werktekening in 99% van de gevallen voldoende is en er soms kosten zijn verbonden aan een proefmonster. Pas na goedkeuring van de tekening zetten wij de productie in gang en is jouw bestelling geplaatst. Wanneer het productieproces is gestart zullen overige aanpassingen aan het ontwerp, wanneer jij dit wenst, tot meerkosten lijden.
De prijzen op onze website zijn altijd exclusief 21% BTW, tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. Wanneer je van ons een offerte krijgt, staat hierbij het BTW-bedrag separaat vermeld. Dit doen wij omdat veel van onze klanten bedrijven, verenigingen of andere rechtsvormen zijn die BTW terug kunnen vorderen.
Bij aankoopbedragen vanaf €25,- leveren wij franco huis op 1 adres binnen Nederland en Belgie. Daaronder berekenen we €4,95 voor zendingen in een envelop en €7,50 voor pakketten. Dit alles tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. Wij hanteren geen verborgen kosten zoals administratiekosten bij kleine orders.
Met name (ontwerpen van) producten voor carnavalsverenigingen, zoals medailles, buttons en pins, mogen niet uitlekken i.v.m. het geheimhouden van een hoogheid. Ook promotiecampagnes voor bedrijven mogen vaak pas na introductie bekend worden gemaakt. Daarom gebruiken wij referenties, tenzij anders besproken, pas nadat de betreffende campagne vrijgegeven is. Dit geldt zowel voor uitingen op onze website, als op iedere andere vorm van communicatie-uitingen. Als u helemaal niet wilt dat wij uw product als referentie gebruiken, vernemen wij dit ook graag.
Alle producten worden tenminste handzaam in dozen verpakt, en zo goed mogelijk beschermd tegen beschadiging. Met name producten die kunnen beschadigen, en producten die in de regel vaak als presentjes en verkoopartikelen worden gebruikt, komen ook nog eens in een separate verpakking. Ben je onzeker over de verpakkingswijze, of heb je een speciale wens, geef dit dan bij ons aan, en wij zullen ons best doen om dit voor jou te regelen.
In tegenstelling tot de meeste andere bedrijven leveren wij te allen tijden minimaal het exacte aantal spullen dat je hebt besteld. Waar het in de branche voor promotionele spullen heel gebruikelijk is om tot 10% afwijking t.o.v. bestelvolumen te hanteren, zonder dit te crediteren, leveren wij altijd de minimale bestelde hoeveelheid. Een groot verschil ten opzichte van vele collegas.
In gevallen waar een voorsteltekening en een referentiefoto niet voldoet, kunnen we op aanvraag ook fysiek referentiemateriaal toesturen. In veel gevallen gaat dit kostenloos. Echter als het om artikelen gaat die wij niet voorradig houden, moeten we hiervoor mogelijk kosten doorberekenen. Dit zal uiteraard vooraf altijd met jou besproken worden.
