It all starts with making a request via the request form or sending an email to [email protected]. Or visit our showroom with your idea, and we will calmly discuss it over a cup of coffee. Your idea may already be very concretely worked out, but we can also help you visualise and design.
After making a request, we think it is important that you know exactly where you stand. That is why you will receive a free digital proof and a competitive custom quote from us. Is the digital proof not quite to your liking yet? No problem, we will adjust it in no time. That way, you will definitely get your custom-made merchandise that fully meets your unique wishes.
Have you become enthusiastic about the digital proof and can't wait to see the final result? Let us know, and we will put your order into production. We will share the lead times and other details with you for the highest possible transparency.
With us, we go beyond the standard 'request > quote > order > deliver'. Even after delivery, we are there for you. If you find it convenient, it is also possible in consultation that we manage your stock, so that you always get your product delivered quickly and easily straight from our inventory. You don't have to keep stock yourself, also known as dropshipping. And of course, we are always very curious about how you like our products. Feedback is therefore always welcome.
Pro-Merchandise was founded years ago by René, from behind the proverbial kitchen table. René started designing and selling carnival medals, sports medals, and pins. But that could not be done without the help of his parents. Father Andre and mother Henny were (and are) an important force within the company. In 2018, René felt it was time to move the company from his living room to a real office building. This was also necessary, because the product range and clientele kept growing! Since 2019, we are therefore located at Tijinkskamp 2A in Ootmarsum (NL). And it didn't stop there. A new large embroidery machine was purchased. And Bas and Laura are now also part of the Pro-Merchandise team. Now René finally no longer has to drink a beer alone during the Friday afternoon drinks.
It is our ambition to be the best in the field of custom-made merchandising. We can already supply many types of promotional items and only want to expand our range so that we continue to develop. We keep working hard and assure you of unique, creative quality products. Because we like to step off the beaten track to deliver custom-made merchandising entirely to your wishes.
