Do you want to have printed pins with a logo made? Every design is possible. You can supply ready-made files, but we are also happy to help you develop an idea. Based on your wishes, we create a free digital proof and a non-binding quote. This way, you know exactly what your pin will look like in advance.
Send your design (or description + images) to [email protected] or use the request form. State the desired size, quantity, attachment, and any engravings. After approval of the digital proof, we start production and your pins go into order.
The dimensions of printed pins can be chosen freely. In practice, most designs are between approximately 2×2 cm and 4×4 cm, with a thickness of about 0.8 mm.
Printed pins are printed in full colour CMYK. As a result, shadow effects, colour gradients, and very fine details are no problem. After printing, we apply a transparent epoxy resin layer, giving the pin a beautiful shine and extra protection.
Printed pins are standard printed on a plate of brushed stainless steel. For an additional cost, we can also print on gold-coloured or brass metal. Because the print is usually all-over, the metal colour is mainly visible on the edges and on the back.
Standard printed pins are supplied with one or two butterfly clutches (depending on the size). Other attachments are also possible for a small surcharge:
On request, printed pins can also be provided with a laser engraving. Useful for runs with unique numbering or recurring texts such as logos, edition numbers, event names, and dates. This way, you can easily create a limited, collectible series of pins.

Our printed pins are packaged individually and then in larger bags of approximately 50–100 pieces. This ensures they arrive clean and undamaged. Other packaging is also possible upon special request, for example on a card for retail or giveaways.
After approval of the digital proof, printed pins are usually delivered within approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery is often possible in consultation.

Wanneer jij een product aanvraagt krijg je altijd eerste een offerte, gratis en vrijblijvend. Deze offerte bevat een voorsteltekening en prijsopgave. Zo kunnen wij de voorsteltekening, indien gewenst, ook altijd naar jouw wens aanpassen. Je weet dus precies waar je aan toe bent zonder er direct aan vast te zitten.
Wanneer je bij ons hebt bestelt is het bij sommige producten ook mogelijk om een 1e proefmodel ter info op te sturen. Dit doen we enkel op speciale aanvraag, omdat in de praktijk de werktekening in 99% van de gevallen voldoende is en er soms kosten zijn verbonden aan een proefmonster. Pas na goedkeuring van de tekening zetten wij de productie in gang en is jouw bestelling geplaatst. Wanneer het productieproces is gestart zullen overige aanpassingen aan het ontwerp, wanneer jij dit wenst, tot meerkosten lijden.
De prijzen op onze website zijn altijd exclusief 21% BTW, tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. Wanneer je van ons een offerte krijgt, staat hierbij het BTW-bedrag separaat vermeld. Dit doen wij omdat veel van onze klanten bedrijven, verenigingen of andere rechtsvormen zijn die BTW terug kunnen vorderen.
Bij aankoopbedragen vanaf €25,- leveren wij franco huis op 1 adres binnen Nederland en Belgie. Daaronder berekenen we €4,95 voor zendingen in een envelop en €7,50 voor pakketten. Dit alles tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. Wij hanteren geen verborgen kosten zoals administratiekosten bij kleine orders.
Met name (ontwerpen van) producten voor carnavalsverenigingen, zoals medailles, buttons en pins, mogen niet uitlekken i.v.m. het geheimhouden van een hoogheid. Ook promotiecampagnes voor bedrijven mogen vaak pas na introductie bekend worden gemaakt. Daarom gebruiken wij referenties, tenzij anders besproken, pas nadat de betreffende campagne vrijgegeven is. Dit geldt zowel voor uitingen op onze website, als op iedere andere vorm van communicatie-uitingen. Als u helemaal niet wilt dat wij uw product als referentie gebruiken, vernemen wij dit ook graag.
Alle producten worden tenminste handzaam in dozen verpakt, en zo goed mogelijk beschermd tegen beschadiging. Met name producten die kunnen beschadigen, en producten die in de regel vaak als presentjes en verkoopartikelen worden gebruikt, komen ook nog eens in een separate verpakking. Ben je onzeker over de verpakkingswijze, of heb je een speciale wens, geef dit dan bij ons aan, en wij zullen ons best doen om dit voor jou te regelen.
In tegenstelling tot de meeste andere bedrijven leveren wij te allen tijden minimaal het exacte aantal spullen dat je hebt besteld. Waar het in de branche voor promotionele spullen heel gebruikelijk is om tot 10% afwijking t.o.v. bestelvolumen te hanteren, zonder dit te crediteren, leveren wij altijd de minimale bestelde hoeveelheid. Een groot verschil ten opzichte van vele collegas.
In gevallen waar een voorsteltekening en een referentiefoto niet voldoet, kunnen we op aanvraag ook fysiek referentiemateriaal toesturen. In veel gevallen gaat dit kostenloos. Echter als het om artikelen gaat die wij niet voorradig houden, moeten we hiervoor mogelijk kosten doorberekenen. Dit zal uiteraard vooraf altijd met jou besproken worden.
