Dimensions of UV printed pins

The dimensions of UV printed pins can in principle be chosen freely. In practice, most designs are between approximately 2x2 cm and 4x4 cm. Larger or smaller is possible, but keep in mind that very large pins become heavier and affect the price and wearing comfort.

Colours and print

UV printed pins are printed in full colour (CMYK). This means:

Usually, printing is done on a metal base plate (for example brushed stainless steel or a coloured metal tint). The print is often applied all-over, making the metal colour mainly visible on the edges and back. You can choose from various metal colours and finishes, such as shiny, matte, or antique. Attachment of UV printed pins

Standardly, UV printed pins are supplied with 1 or 2 butterfly clutches, depending on the size. Upon request, other attachments are also possible, such as:

Packaging and lead time of UV printed pins

UV printed pins are standardly packaged individually and then delivered in bags of approximately 50–100 pieces. This way, they remain clean and undamaged and are immediately ready to hand out.

Upon special request, we can also package the pins differently, for example:

• On a card (header card or backing card) in a polybag
• In a plastic or satin storage box
• Suitable for retail in a physical store or webshop

  Yes, certainly. You can supply your own design, but you can also just send an idea or sketch. We will then make a free proposal and digital proof.

  We standardly use butterfly clutches. Magnetic closures, brooch closures, screw closures, safety pins, and other options are possible upon request.
